“He had compassion on them. . .”
We know that Jesus had great compassion for each person he encountered, and deep down we long to receive this. Discover how you are unconsciously blocking God’s love and compassion for you and begin to learn the antidote to discouragement, pride, criticism of self and others, judgment, and low self-worth.

Self-compassion will open you up to greater happiness, security, connection, hopefulness, and compassion for others.

Hi, I’m Karen Herbert.

I work with Catholic women in midlife who want to release old baggage, flourish in transition and embrace the unique purpose God has created them for.

Learning the habit of self-compassion has been a game-changer for many of my clients, helping them transform the voice of the inner critic into the compassionate, supportive voice we would use with a good friend.

When you’ve lived a lot of life, you will make mistakes and have regrets. Don’t let these hold you back from stepping into the life God wants for you.

God is looking upon you with compassion and mercy. Learn to see yourself through the eyes of God.
